- Please note that your requested booking time is not confirmed until you hear from us via email or WhatsApp. In case we miss your request, please kindly reach out via email.

- Payment:
- Payment is due at the time of booking.

- Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To make the most of your session, please arrive on time. Later arrivals may result in a shortened session.
- Cancellation:
- Please contact us 24 hours in advance in order to avoid being charged.
- If we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be informed as early as possible and offered an alternative slot.
